Condo for short stay (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

2 bedroom with 2 toilet & bath and balcony, floor area 68.52 sqm in Sycamore Tower, Dansalan Gardens with panoramic view of Makati, Rockwell and Bonifacio Global City Skylines. Centrally located at the corner of Boni Avenue and M. Vicente St. in Mandaluyong City, only three blocks from EDSA and a few minutes away from the premier shopping and business districts of Makati, Rockwell, The Fort, Ortigas and Greenhills.

Public transport like the MRT and bus stops are also close by. Receptionist may assist in arranging taxi services or tricycle (public motorcycle taxis almost similar to Tuk-tuks in Bangkok but smaller).

With DSL Internet Connection , Telephone and Cable TV. See list of amenities and building features below.

Suitable for the independent tourists and visitors who are clean and responsible.

POLICIES & RENTAL RATES:

Short term lease (below 6 months):

Daily : Php2,500/night
Weekly: Php2,000/night
Monthly: Php1,800/night

Terms:

1. Check In: 2 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Inclusive of all utilities
3. Beddings will be changed in a weekly basis
4. Towels will be provided
5. We require advance payment for the duration of stay.
6. In case of cancellation, the following terms will apply:
a. Daily: Payments will be forfeited
b. Weekly & Monthly: 50% of the total payment paid

For long term lease (min. 6 months): Php35,000

Terms:

1. Exclusive of Utilities (PLDT, LPG, Electric bills, Skycable & Water)
2. We will only provide 2 sets of covers for bed, pillow and blankets
3. We require 2 months deposit and 2 months advance
4. Monthly rentals are covered with PDCs

Advance payment: One day rent for daily and 50% of the total rent charges for weekly and monthly stay.

Payment may be sent by bank transfer or Western Union. Full rental payment will be collected upon check-in.

Booking confirmation details and copy of payment receipt will be sent via e-mail.
