Is it illegal to discriminate against someone because of age when renting a vacation home?
I am 23 and I am more mature than a considerable amount of "adults" that are older than me. I cannot rent a vacation home because I am not 25. I feel this is discrimination. I do not appreciate the stereotype given to me because of my age. Is this legal? I have experience in real estate and know it would be in a home purchase or even a home rental but have not had experience in VACATION rentals. Does this law differ? I also am aware of the regulations set by rental car companies. Same? Thank you in advance.

The Fair Housing Act only applies to discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status and disability.

Your vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, walk in closet, gas fireplace and private deck.
There is a loft bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 set with both twin beds and the other is twin on top and full size on bottom.
Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and bedroom #4 has a full size bed with a private deck overlooking Silver Lake. Additional sleeping is available on the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All of the bathrooms are full size and stocked with towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other kitchen amenities. There`s a separate laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer.
You can BBQ with the gas grill on the deck with deck furniture. The yard is professionally landscpaed with a firepit and a private dock for your boat. For a small additional rental fee an 18` pontoon is available for your enjoyment.
What about the Beach? There is a nice, sandy play area between the lawn and the shoreline, but the waterline itself is not that sandy. (need to be honest!)

nice apartment or condo rentals in clearwater beach florida?
hubby and I want to move to clearwater,we love it down there.we own a home in va and do not wish to sell it.Can you recommend any apartment complexes or condos that run anywhere from 600-800 per month.The Reserves looked nice but the reviews were not good.Thanks in advance.
