We are going to disney world Florida in July and we would like to find a 3-4 bedroom rental home for a week. Our price range is 1100-1200 for the whole week must have a pool with it and we don’t prefer any condo’s. We loved all star vacation homes but the were a bit pricey can someone help us find a resonable site?

Before I respond… how many adults, how many kids.

A very cute home 25 meters from the south Jaco beach with outdoor whirlpool (not heated), hammock and barbeque, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.
This area of Jaco beach is particularly sought for surfing lessons as the waves are chest high and consistent. Swimming is also nice.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all areas. All windows are high security PVC with mosquito screens.
The Master Bedroom has a beautifully carved wooden Queen size bed, flatscreen TV, closet, chest of drawers and safebox. The second bedroom has two Twin size beds, flatscreen TV, CD player and closet. They share a full bathroom with shower.
Beautiful tropical decorations and furniture adorn the entire house, including a natural fiber living room set.
Outdoors on the beachview terrace there is a solid wood rustic table with four chairs, and a hammock perfect for that afternoon siesta.
A hut next to the whirlpool holds the laundry room and another full bathroom.
5 minute drive or a 10 minute bicycle ride to downtown (rentals available) and close to everything the region has to offer.
A small grocery store is only 100 meters away, for last minute necessities. A surf shop is just as near too.

Spectacular home on Silver Lake with 135 feet of private beach! Beach is not sandy, but perfect for sunsets and launching a boat for some all-sports fun or fishing.

Living area includes a fireplace, TV entertainment center with full surround sound and large windows with amazing views. Tall ceilings and an open floor plan allows you to feel more at home. This is truly a “vacation” home that will pamper you and your friends and family. Soon, you`ll think of it as “your” vacation home. That`s OK, we don`t mind.

Your vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, walk in closet, gas fireplace and private deck.

There is a loft bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 set with both twin beds and the other is twin on top and full size on bottom.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and bedroom #4 has a full size bed with a private deck overlooking Silver Lake. Additional sleeping is available on the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All of the bathrooms are full size and stocked with towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other kitchen amenities. There`s a separate laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer.

You can BBQ with the gas grill on the deck with deck furniture. The yard is professionally landscpaed with a firepit and a private dock for your boat. For a small additional rental fee an 18` pontoon is available for your enjoyment.

What about the Beach? There is a nice, sandy play area between the lawn and the shoreline, but the waterline itself is not that sandy. (need to be honest!)
