Enjoy a panoramic view of the lake when you walk thru the front door. With its great view, large, open cove setting & comfortable furnishings, this home sleeps up to 14, but is also a perfect setting for a smaller group to make memories that will last a lifetime. The master BR is located on the upper level & has a view of the lake from the king-sized bed or from the BR’s screened balcony. There are 4 other BRs & 3 are on the upper level: 1 w/a queen bed & another w/both queen & double beds each w/entrances to the 2nd full bath. The final upper level BR has its own private entrance from the outside or access thru the master bath or from the master BR via the lake-facing balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen (also W&D) w/breakfast bar opens nicely to the dining room area w/seating for 12. The deck is roomy and has a gas BBQ. Take a few steps down to the gently sloping lot to lake.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a view of the lake from your king-sized bed or from the bedrooms screened balcony. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player, and his and her closets. It adjoins the full bathroom with dual sinks and separate tub and shower. There are four other bedrooms, 3 of which are on the upper level: one with a queen bed and TV and another with both queen and double beds each with entrances to the second full bathroom. The final bedroom on the upper level has its own private entrance from the outside or access through the master bathroom or from the master bedroom via the lake-facing balcony. This is an ideal room for kids or it makes a great office with its full-sized bed and twin bunk beds, large desk with two chairs, and TV/DVD combo with remote. The lower level bedroom has easy access to the living room, wet bar, kitchen, and dining areas and features a queen bed and flat screen TV. All have alarm clocks & reading lights.
From the main level and the deck, take a few steps down to the gently sloping lot and stroll down to the private, two well, covered dock. One slip is 10×28 the other is 10×24. There is plenty of room on the swim platform for relaxing and taking in the sun.
The Lily Pad is within hopping (er, walking) distance to The Toad Complex and Shady Gators, close to golf (Season’s Ridge), other restaurants (Ruthie D’s, Blue Heron), fun attractions, and shopping.
